This victory marked Anahat’s sixth consecutive title and her 11th overall, earning her 300 ranking points.
The final began with a closely contested first set, where Anahat edged out Helen 11-9. She then dominated the next two sets, wrapping them up in just 13 minutes.
This win not only solidified her status as India’s top women’s squash player but also demonstrated her growing prowess on the international stage.
Anahat’s remarkable performance in Mumbai adds to her impressive career trajectory. She first gained prominence by winning the U11 title at the British Junior Open in 2019 and has since accumulated multiple titles, including the U15 and U17 categories at the British Junior Open and Asian Junior Championships.
